The early paintings of Anaïs are highly valuable due to the phase where she has been experimenting with diverse textures, materials and styles. Thanks to their uniqueness, this all results in a limited collection that is not accessible to everyone. The artists selects art works that she truly believes to be investment art.

The exclusivity also allows her to keep some of her style as a secret.

HOW CAN I ACCESS THE EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION?

The exclusive collection is perfect for collectors. Anaïs does not reveal who she selects, but any collectors may apply to the exclusive collection and hope to discover more of her investment, secret art.

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE EU/UK - HOW CAN I (PRE)-ORDER?

Please send a request under the "contact the artist" section. Please be aware that the customs costs have to be paid by the recipient.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

This depends on the size of the parcel. The bigger the painting, the longer it will take to arrive.

For MINIATURES & OBJECTS:

2-4 working days within Schengen Europe

For sizable PAINTINGS:

7-14 workings within Schengen Europe

For commission work:

the delivery is the same as for the bigger paintings. The work itself has to be to discussed with the artist in advance.

MY PAINTING HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The team takes great care of fragile art, with a special art transport. If, however, a parcel should have been mishandled, please take pictures of the parcel as well as the content right upon delivery. Our customer service will take care of your request and work on finding the best solution.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MEET THE ARTIST?

Yes. You can order an in-person delivery if you are living within Europe. For other areas, please send a request.

Clients find it always quite interesting to not only purchase the art but to also experience the personal presentation of the art process by the creator.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A CUSTOMIZED WORK?

It depends on the scope of work. This is something that has to be discussed with the artist. On average, it lasts between 1- 3 months, but again, this information has to be individualized.

RETURN POLICY ON CUSTOMIZED WORK

A commissioned work cannot be returned as it is a personalized work. The details are discussed in advance with the client and artist, where they agree on preview of the scope of work.

HOW DOES IT WORK WITH THE FRAME?

The paintings usually do not come with the frame except if mentioned otherwise in the article description. If you do want the artist to provide you with a frame, this is possible. Please get in touch with the artist.
